Engines should detect illegal position and refuse to analyze it. Movei still does not know to do it and simply may crash in some illegal positions(It will not accept now positions when the king of the side not to move is under threat but it still can accept other problems like king that is checked from 2 bishops directions and I am afraid that it may crash in these cases because my move generator assumes no check from 2 bishop directions).
