Subject: Toga II 0.93 fast compile

Several days ago, someone mentioned a compile of Toga similar to the Fruit 2.0
fast version. It supposedly was about 7% faster with an ELO of maybe 10% higher.
Can anyone comment, and is it available anywhere?
