Hi Andreas,

No, for sure it is the engine that does not understand. Does the GUI that you
have got the ability to disable legality?

If it does then you will get the same output. Now if it is not the GUI you must
understand that it is therefore the engine that allows this.

In ChessBase you cannot uncheck legality......(and I will be President of the
USA tomorrow)
