I guess that after Fabian release new fruit some people will sell the same thing
or slightly modified fruit with a new name.

It already happened with patriot and I am afraid that the programmer plan to
sell it not by arena.

It is illegal but if people think that they can make money of it they may do it
and there are people who never read about fruit and will only read that there is
a new progran in similiar level to the commercial programs and I also guess that
there are buyers who do not care and will be happy to buy some modified fruit
that is slightly better even if they know that it is a clone and it is illegal.

The question is what steps can be done against the cloners who do not care about
the fact that they do something illegal(espacially if the police in the relevant
country decide that it has no time to deal with cloners who try to sell their
program because they have more important things to do).
