 Hello Jeff,

I haven't seen all possibilities with the Shredder interface, but logfiles are
certainly possible when analyzing positions at least with Pro Deo and probably
for games too. Analysis file you get by rightclicking on the analysiswindow.
Choose ->logfile->create and then make a file with extension .dmp. Then you have
to give the engine/GUI the command to use a log file, by again rightclicking on
analysiswindow -> logfile -> use. I use Dutch language in the Shredder-GUI so
commands may actually in English a bit different from what I indicate here, but
you get the idea..?

Pro Deo is installed as UCI-engine, I don't know if Winboard engines have all
options too, installing as UCI is recommended also by Stefan.
