No, he doesn't.  He makes statements that are rather arrogant like he can play a
queen vs rook ending in his sleep, but he never tries to persuade others that he
is good.  There is a difference.

I will grant you that the CTF junior forum comment was a bit harsh.  But he
speaks the truth.  Your posts display a lot of immaturity - the 'I've drawn or
defeated 2300 rated players' statement is a perfect example.  But, you are
young.  Immaturity can be forgiven.  You also seem to have a lot of interest and
enthusiasm which is a good thing.

So, keep your interest and enthusiasm.  Time and experience will solve the
maturity situation.
