I also appreciate that you know the fine tool 'Game Analyser' by Thomas Mc Burney, but I have a hint for you anyway. If you use one of the newer WB4.27x versions by Alessandro Scotti you can save directly score/depth in the PGNs, thus you don't need the inbetween step with Georges' tool for preparing the PGN files.
