This problem is not the reason that Neurosis is weaker than the top engines
so it is irrelevant for the question if the chessbase engines have advantage.

I do not think that they have an advantage thanks to the fact that the chessbase
interface detect illegal positions.

Engines do not get them in the first place in games.
