THE GREAT CM10th SHOWDOWN!

The tournament has now been edited to include ALL of the latest settings.

Creep, CM9000 Minotaur and CM9000 Slayer 2b have been removed.
15 new settings have been added to make a field of 40!

The tournament will take many more months to complete and is now a true CM10th
Showdown with the CM9000 settings removed.
From the first 27 rounds, you can see that the best CM9000 settings can hold
their own under these tournament conditions, but Ray’s extensive testing against
other programs will give a better comparison.

The new settings added are:

Myrddin (John Merlino)
WoDra (author? – please advise)
Vegeta 2D (Dom Leste)
Cell (Dom Leste)
Undertaker (Dom Leste)
Berean 5.54 (Jason Kent)
Clown 1.01 (Jason Kent)
SoFar 2 (Dann Elwein)
GL (Miro Lojkovic)
Milan 2.5 (Milorad Madjar)
Milan 2.6 (Milorad Madjar)
Emperor (Graham Banks)
Behemoth (Graham Banks)
Juggernaut (Graham Banks)
Scorpion (Graham Banks)

With Creep, CM9000 Minotaur and CM9000 removed, the amended crosstable stands
at:

15.5 – D1 Meandros
14.5 – Beast
14.5 – Milan 1.5
14.0 – Milan 2.1
14.0 – Milan 2.3
13.5 – R2D2
13.5 – Wrath
13.5 – D1 Pyr
12.5 – Berean 5.53
12.5 – C3PO
12.5 – Tsunami
12.0 – RIX
12.0 – Darth Vader
12.0 – Predator
12.0 – Steadfast
11.5 – Milan 2.4
11.5 – D2 Alos
11.0 – Solomon
11.0 – Schumacher
11.0 – Medusa
10.0 – Yoda 2.7
9.5 – Default
9.0 – Vegeta 2
8.5 – Cobra
8.5 – SoFar

What will happen now is that I will give results of the new settings with the
amended crosstables at various stages.

Whilst these changes will not please everybody (especially the removal of the
CM9000 settings), that’s the way it is as 40 settings is a massive amount.
No further settings can now be added to this tournament!

Good luck to all!
