IM/GM players take issue with that, and several asked me to do something about
it years ago.  I did so in order to keep them happy so they would continue
playing, and help me continue to make improvements.  :)

No.  It won't accept a draw claim before move 30 or something around that. I'll
have to check specifics, but I believe that is the earliest it will accept or
offer a draw.
