No, The WCCC is about the best computer, period. It is not about chess at all.

The competition does not set like against like, as someone said it is an open
event.

No. Sorry. I just disagree, I am going to learn nothing here. Nothing at all and
neither will you. A sponsor makes an event to win it and proclaim, "I am the
greatest". Well I have news for them. They are not.
