Well yes, that is my point.

Other say it is an "Open" and that is their point.

I know that when you play chess that you feel you may have a chance in your own
division, say for example a 1200-1400 catagory.

Good luck with the chess by the way, and most all, have fun, and play for the
right reasons.

Some do not play for the right reasons and in this belief I know that I am not
alone.
