I asked the same question in this forum some time ago.  Got the reply from the
Millennium people that it was an older version of Nimzo by Ch. Donninger -- I
presume some in-between version between the 2.21 and the 3.0... Excellent
tactically, rather lame positionally and average in the endgame.  Great value
for the money -- about 15$ I think.
