but it does not surprise me


the problem is ,in my experience with the Conchess boards..once one reed goes
its only a matter of time before others go
and they will go
so if i were you i would not spend alot of money repairing the one switch
it might be better to give back the computer to the seller as defective because
you just received it
if you wait too long the seller will refuse to take it back



if you want to try to repair it you should get all of the reed switches checked
while your at it..but this will be expensive
