As far as I know the list of participants is not closed yet. I simply want to know the conditions concerning the point of authorship. Are people allowed to participate even if their contribution to the program is marginal, or will they be excluded? That is all I want to know, because that has not been obvious for me. It is the job of the invitor to setup the rules. But it is my decision, whether I want to run as a long distance runner against a team of sprinters who perform a relay race, or if I am not interested in such an asymmetric challenge. Reinhard.
