The 8th International Paderborn Chess Championship was finished yesterday after
7 rounds from February 3rd to 7th, 1999. The results might be
available soon at the 8th IPCCC Tournament Homepage, Paderborn, Germany! The
inofficial end results below, thanks to Thorsten Czub
