I'll be able, to cat all the parts together. But I remember, it was tricky. At the moment, I don't have Scid installed. I probably should have. I am aware, the the following is a suggestion, that really will involve work. Sure, I am not demanding anything. That games were cutted is unfortunate. The cause is probably some imperfect tools. Somehow, you must have collected all those games. If you received them ok (and still have the original sources), it should be a matter of patience and dedication, to find out, at which phase, the games got cutted. You have games longer than 300 moves (I did not read over all of them, you have posted in another message, the first ones I saw were of rather recent date). So, in general your tools a capable to digest such long games. But for some reasons, some games are too short. Perhaps, at a rainy weekend, you might want to find out the culprit, and might be able to fix this. When original sources are lost, of course there is no practical way to do it. Even when original sources are not lost, it just might be not worth the effort. OTOH, you might have the pleasure to find a more appropriate name than "junkbase" soon :-) One other wish - that might very well not be doable with reasonable time. Try to tag all computer games. So one would have some means to filter against "only human vs. human", only "human vs. comp" only "comp vs. comp". Could be done by adding a tag line to the PGN. Well, I fear, all of this will be too much work. Regards, Dieter
