Thats a little bit more complicated. If the users see that we're helping each
user  may more and more users starting request. You really don't know the
reasons of each user why they are want this. You can't control this too and may
become more problems. Clones are one point yes, but the list is long.

So we need a general hard line to handle it fair for all. Otherwise a user could
say "You helped Mr. X, why not me ?" And so on.

So my opinion is all should get the same support, here specialy no support.
