Obviously I know that USCF is not the same thing as FIDE, but the formula to
calculate **PERFORAMCE** rating might be same in all cases. Do you know what
**PERFORAMCE** rating means in a match or tournament? There would be a simple
formula to calculate performance rating.  2737 is Adam's FIDE rating, not his
USCF rating
