As usual you resort to ad hominem and personal attacks when it was explained to
you that even same rating system can have 100-200 (and even more) difference due
to different pool of players. Doesn't necessarily mean formulas are drastically
different. The basic logic behind ELO based rating is very simple. A difference
of 200 rating points means that the stronger player has an expected score of
approximately 0.75%. The performance rating is calculated using a player who is
rated 2737 **FIDE**, not USCF. And you have high IQ?
