I was hasty and double checked your analysis, Hydra blundered with Kg7, then
Adams blundered with Kf1. Yes he should have played Bxf6+! and the end result
should be a draw.

I think Hydra missed the point and felt its e7 pawn was in danger which is
meaningless. It would be nice to see the log.
