You used two terms that don't go together:  "Elo" and "SSDF rating".  Elo
generally means "FIDE" so I'll go from there.  I have, for a couple of years,
considered Crafty to be a good "IM" chess player, at reasonable time controls
(40/2).  At blitz, it is way beyond that and would easily be a "super-GM" as
I haven't seen any player yet that is very successful at blitz time controls.

My quick analysis:  It is very difficult to beat at blitz time controls (5
minute chess perhaps + a small increment).  At game/30, it has done _very well_
against IM and GM players, in several chess server challenge events.  Very
little 40/2hr data but I don't think it would do nearly as well vs GM players
as it does at the shorter time controls.  Maybe this will change over time.  And
maybe not...
