If your 1st prediction about which move your opponent makes is correct, and you
spend 1/2 your time thinking about that move, then 1/2 your time thinking of
some other move, then the 1/2 part of your search your program will spend
wrecking all the valuable hash table entries that your program worked on during
the 1st part. Not all of them. but enough of them to weaken your results i'd
think.
