He is a very active GM. Time preparing would mean time not earning money. Even if he scored say 3.5-2.5. The type of preparation spent for a comp match would do him no good for the rest of his career. In fact, It could hurt his results as it did with Kramnik after he played Fritz. I'm not making excuses for humans. Hydra played very strong. If a top GM prepares fully for a match, He may still get crushed. At least, Then we will know the true strength of Hydra. Regards Tony
