Subject: my simple Man vs Machine idea

My idea for the future of man versus machine is to restrict the processing power
of the computers so we have a competitive match. This way the public still will
have interest in these kind of matches. Others sports like tennis, motorsports
have restircted technology for the sake of the fans. Perhaps having a processing
speed restriction will keep these keep of matches more appealing.

2 or 3Ghz perhaps limit for single processors? :) Any takers??
multi processors only duals!

Only increase the processing speed in accordance to human evolution not
computers!

This is better then David Levy stupid idea of odd pawns??? or uneven time
controls??? When brazil soccer beats i.e. china 3-0, china doesnt have 13
players for the next match do they.
