What about using a Fischer of 60 mins and 15 seconds.  There are other
combinations of time to consider.  90 mins 30 secs, Or you could create one near
to you chosen time, that you are using at the moment.

Then, with a 160 move limit you may get good games?

This is the format I have found to cause least problems.  Just keep in mind the
160 move limit!
