Thank you for your words. I have been evaluating "Adams Vs Hydra challenger", and taking some important conclusion by myself: 1. This combat (Hydra/Adams) has been an excellent example about, the answer at the question: What happen is a top chess player human being fight against an engine like playing other top human? Simple = 5.5. 0.5. 2. The sport news have not had reaction making a strong not justice answer, in my humble opinion, for ignorance, because they have not taken note in detail, about the games and challenger. A deeper knowledge of Man Vs Machine fight really is not into the common sport news journalists. They are not guilty. 3.IBM Kasparov battle was full of sponsor, and money in direction to make a growing increment in the intrinsic value of IBM Company. 3.1. When I read some history I believe half of a half of a half what I am reading. I am some sad for Hydra, because news have not take note in the dimension they must do that. 4. Hydra Vs Adams, has been for me, the unique "real challenger" have ever been, Man Vs Machine, where the diffusion on news was not the "center of the combat." I am feeling that was this the more clean challenger have had the chess history in computers battles. The marketing looks as not more important into Hydra Adams challenger. For me, Hydra and Adams have been very strong warriors. Because Hydra have recognize the mistake across the way that they have had in his/her engine, making better this one everyday, and building a real monster. These people look very smarts and with the humility necessary to be better. . A simple example, Hydra has played against me (a VSCP) "a very simple chess player “ taking inspiration to avoid to be closed his games one day after ends Adams challenger. I was playing same engine in play chess. Hydra have won to me 2/0 one Ruy Lopez when I played better than Adams 90% of the game, but where finally my low level put me into the coffin. Why Hydra has done that? Because they want to be better, they want to be testing the engines to be better everyday. In other way, I have not seen the same in many other chess engines, more of them, want to be occult the mistake of the engines, not fixing the machines. I am not agree with Short opinion, because really Adams and Hydra have had the courage to play out of the monetary interest, working Hydra for make a better engine, and Michael fighting for his chess aggressive style. Michael have played with a bad strategic way, but finally his experience will be very useful for the man vs. machine combat studies. Other thing I have seen and that usually put me some sad, is that the strong chess players, are usually avoid like a chicken playing engines. They don’t want to go to play-to-play chess, to play into engines room, to fight against the engines. Short must be into engines room playing engines, teaching to everyone how to be better as a human being, as teaching engines how to be better as engine. But not, they are in constant escaping position, and not looks as a warriors as have looks Michael Adams. They look as protectors of his prestige, not as a warriors in the Man Vs Machine atmosphere. I don’t know if Adams could listen to me, but with all sincerity, I gift to him applause, because he has had the courage. At lest he has being in combat, and not refusing as are refusing every day the strongest chess player to fight. Come on into machines room to play chess, please come on, all strong chess players. I could teach to much of them, a simple principles of anti computer games, that they could make match better than me, if they put its in practical. I am trying to be better making chess problems, but I am not a GM. I am sure that if the GMs playing as I am playing, they are going to do an excellent job, against Hydra too. In the combat there are some things more important that to be into recognize. The moral medal. For me, repeat in my humble opinion, the unique challenger in the chess history, man Vs machine, that have by itself the strong moral medal, has been ADAMS vs. HYDRA. Very important news, like top newspaper has not wrote about that combat, but this one has been written in our consciences, in my spirit. For me this is more important that all the money and recognize for itself. The money has the power to buy many things, but not to buy the truth power. Adams and Hydra, have won the medal of the truth power as unique combat where the marketing have not been the inspiration, where the inspiration have been to build the best engine for hydra side, and to be catch to the orthodoxy principles for Adams side, and this two ideas are really very respectable.
