If Junior believes that passed pawns are not relevant why the evaluation of more
than +3(almost +4 at small depths)?

Note that +3 is evaluation based on only material and if you search deep enough
it should be only +2.

Note that black is not better after the game move Rb8 based on fruit's analysis
of move 63.
Fruit's evaluation seem to be more realistic than Junior's evaluation and you
cannot blame fruit of not evaluating passed pawns(fruit is free source code and
I did not read of cases when it disables passed pawn evaluation because it
considers it as not important).
