I am of the opinion that if you lose on time, you should lose even if you have on the board 4 queens and your opponents only one pawn. Time is part of the game, if you are not able to move fast, you deserve to lose! and the chess rules seem to agree with me. If you don't agree with me don't play bullet games, and if you play longer games and still lose on time, learn to be faster!
