The editorial industry is full of uncredible histories that shows how the capacity of human beings for mistakes is deep, unfathomable. A famous case was that of a book that absorbed huge efforts to avoid even the most minute typo, so, with pride, in the cover it announced "This book has beeen produced without mistakes of any kind at all".
