DB didn't "crush" Kasparov. Not even close. In the 96 match, DB lost by the
score of 2-4. In 97 DB lost the first game horribly. It won the second game when
Kasparov resigned in drawn position (perpetual check). DB had a worse position
in the rest of games except the last games in which Kasparov lost in the
opening. Deep Blue never "crushed" Kasparov. IBM was ucky that they even won
the 97 match by just one point.

Now Adam's 0.5-5.5 was "crush."
