If you look at the position you see that the Qeen on h6 is misplaced and needs
two moves to get back to e7 or d8, the knight on g5 is misplaced and has to go
back to f7 the Ra8 and Nb8 are still undeveloped. The only square for the knight
is a6 but as the continuation shows this is not a safe place at all.

After the sacrifice Black has too many uncoordinated pieces and can´t survive.

Qc3,b4,a4 is the strongest continuation but Fruit doesn´t see yet the moves
