I think that it may be dependent on the human.

In the game that you posted I am not sure if you did not miss a draw in the
endgame

You played 36.axb4

Fruit can see no progress in the evaluation after 36.cxb4(evaluation at high
depth is not better than evaluation at small depth)

If I give it the moves of the game 36.axb4 a3 and change your move to 37.Rc1 is
still finds no progress in the evaluation(I give analysis of both cases)

I suspect that if you get experience in anti-chess against strong humans and
learn from your mistakes then you can have chances to draw against them in that
style.
