I noticed that Gothmog is very aggressive, its style of play is suitable for FRC or Chess960, since it attacks the kingside like no other FRC engine, and it is very tactical too. Just because a program is strong at standard chess doesn't mean that it will be strong at Chess960, and vice versa. For instance there is a noticeable difference between standard Pharaon 3.3 and Standard Gothmog, whereas Pharaon is much stronger than Gothmog in standard chess. Jorgr
