No, that's still the same.

And I agree with everything Graham said. The engine is more balanced, and the
new engine at the default settings is somewhat stronger than the engine in
CM9000 (reasonable estimates are between 20-40 points).

However, there is still some more testing needed to determine if the best
user-created CM10 settings are equally better than the best CM9 settings.
