Please post your results Dom! Even if they are not all very good. I should say
that as I also keep changing things after every one and a half games at the
moment. I have never tried any special endgame settings though.

I hope Ed can make some improvements in the endgame. But what I secretly hope
for is some way of internal iterative deepening for Pro Deo, like Fruit and Toga
seem to have.. Not sure exactly how that works though..

The latest Vulcan {9k9a} testversion I made plays e5 again in one often used
testposition of mine, Ferret - Gandalf from Maastricht WCCC 2001. I was
surprised, most versions play 43.Nf5 when given enough time. I consider both
moves a good testresult even if both moves lose the game if Black plays it well.
It does not mean very much, but 43.e5 followed by 44.Rxf7 as played by Ferret is
just nice to see.
