Well, The King 3.33 DOES consider 10.Nd4 for about one-hundredth of a second
before discarding it:

Time	Depth	Score	Positions	Moves
0:00	1/3	0.60	1301 10.Nd4 O-O 11.Nxf5 exf5 12.Bxd5
					Nxd5 13.Qxd5
0:00	1/4	-2.84	2634 10.Nd4 Nxd4 11.Qa4+ Nc6 12.O-O
0:00	1/4	0.55	4098 10.a3 Be7 11.O-O O-O
0:00	1/5	0.60	15842 10.a3 Bc5 11.Rc1 O-O 12.Nxd5 Nxd5
					13.Rxc5 Nxf4 14.gxf4
0:00	1/6	0.54	49860 10.a3 Bc5 11.Rc1 b6 12.Na4 Be7
0:01	1/7	0.53	126594 10.a3 Ba5 11.O-O O-O 12.Rfc1 Qd7
					13.h3
0:02	2/8	0.32	292756 10.a3 Ba5 11.O-O O-O 12.Rfc1 Qd7
					13.h3 Bb6
0:03	2/8	0.45	500586 10.Rc1 O-O 11.O-O Nh5 12.Be3 Nf6
					13.Nb5 Qb8
0:12	2/9	0.59	1698219 10.Rc1 O-O 11.O-O Be7 12.h3 Qd7
					13.g4 e5 14.Nxe5

I can only consider this a new bug in the interface. Do you have the CMG of the
game saved? That will have all of the timing in it, and I can only assume that
The King "played" this move instantly in response to 9...Bb4.
