I'm not so sure 37.Qb6 is clear either. I believe Seirawan gave 37.Qb6 Rxa2
38.Rxa2 Bc7(?), however how does White win if Black plays 38...Ra8!
For example:
39.Rxa8 Qxa8 40.Qxd6 Qa1+ 41.Kh2 Qxc3 and (I think) Black can force a perpetual
similar to the one Kasparov missed in the game itself, while after
39.Ra5 Rxa5 40.bxa5 Qb8
and now 41.Qc6 Qa7+ (or also 41...b4) 42.Kh2 Qf2 again with perpetuals
or 41.Qxb8 Bxb8 should be a drawn opposite color bishops ending.
or 41.Qa6 b4 42.Qxc4 Qa7+ 43.Kf1 Qxa5 and again Black seems to be holding.
Did Seirawan talk about this line (38...Ra8) at all?
