Strange you have'nt ecountered 2 major problems with Arena
"Time"management and "swiss" pairing bugs

In time manage ment, when you run 1 minute game,I noticed one engine made a
move, its time was supposed to dleay 1 second, instead it delayed 4 seconds.

There are many easily noticable bug in Swiss pairing, where there were 4 engines
with 6 points, one of the engine had a chance to play any of the 3 engine,Arena's
pairing generates matching that engine with some lower order 3 points.
