it was below the reserve. The module wasn't shown to be working, the feedback of the seller, the fact that he is adding $40 to the shipping costs for "handling", he is supposed to be an eBay broker but this is the only item he has for sale, and he states that he will give return negative feedback for any negative feedback that he receives.
