Your reply to the post could have included where he can obtain support if he can get a password. Your post should have excluded your little moronic poem. I know I requested one some time ago, and still today do not have one. I am a user, and can constructively answer support questions. I really don't expect one. My differences with the staff and not the software will surely prevent that. Maybe there is an I-D-10-T error on the arena site. Peter
