If he uses Arena and does not know the website I would worry for him. Let's be honest, the question is just an excuse to have a dig. In fact there is nothing wrong at all. It is what you expect in here however The more banal the question the more oblique the answer will be from now on, until people learn to communicate in a responsible manner. Personally if I were a end user of Arena who needed "support", you are the last person I would listen to. Mainly because you have no idea, (not even a tiny one) what you are talking about. Run that answer by the guy again......see if you can muster a pulse in him/her. Christopher
