Yes there is a bug submission form at the Arena site. I know where it is, but in case he doesn't, you should point him to it. For many forums that I moderate I have prepared replies for questions that get repeatedly asked. It saves time and energy. Sometimes what is most obvious is the most elusive. >The above statement is true but not valid anymore since you told have almost >told him to reply by saying it. That is _exactly_ why I posted that. If he doesn't reply, then I won't answer his questions anymore. Arena is a fine piece of software, and is an _alternative_ to other interfaces. Each and every one of them lacks something from another one. It is just the way things work. >Normal bug reports include details of hardware, software, what one is trying to >do, what happens and all other settings. I agree, but most people don't provide all the details until asked. This is another unfortunate thing about the internet and the vast understanding of how to get proper support. >Those people who submit in this manner ALWAYS get listened too. > >Those who include no substantiative evidence tend to get ignored. We are not >here to tell all and sundry how to roll a ball down a hill. You shouldn't have to tell all how to roll the ball down the hill. You can however assist them in getting it started. >It is way too time consuming and serves no real purpose. Again I am in full agreement with you. (Eeek! Twice in one 24 hr span.) :) Peter
