Anthony is handling all the arrangements, but since he's a bit busy today I'll
respond.  It's an OTB match at the offices of Ehlvest's publisher in NYC, not
sure what the facilities look like.  Ehlvest gets a small sum to appear, with
the winner getting the rest; so there's an incentive for him to play well.

Anthony retains the right to modify to program between rounds, and I assume this
includes the book.  Maybe he'll surface and give some more details.
