If you talk about "waste of time developing GUI"thats your point.
If you were a programmer and have your own engine,from that point if you also
get to program the GUI and sell it off publicly,your program would be more
popular.It's about popularity and economy,its not about strength.so far some
engine like Ruffian seems very unknown to many people here.why's that?why's it
not popular?

no GUI?no good company to sponsor or distribute?could be that reason,would'nt
you agree?
