I think that it may be a good idea if someone extend this projects to allow
teaching.

One of the problems of part of the weak players is simply that they do not
remember the squares of the board and they copy the file and the rank of the
square from the board(I know that in some tournament a player wrote 1.d5 as the
first move of white only because the board was not put correctly and white
pieces were at 7-8 ranks and note that he has rating near 1500 so he is not
extremely weak player).

I think that it is possible to train them to remember by questions.
Maybe one of the commercial already does it but it will be good if some free
program does it.

I think we only need to allow engines to tell winboard some commands.

commands that it is a good idea to see are commands of the following type:
1)setup-fen 7k/5Pp1/6P1/8/8/RPr4K/2PPPPP1/8 w - - 0 1

Winboard shows the relevant diagram

2)setup-question what is the square of the black rook?
winboard shows the user the question and the user can answer

When the user types the answer (c3) winboard sends it to the engine and it sends
also the time that the user needed to find it and the engine can continue the
teaching job and ask questions.
