John, how many moves were played in the Cmaster game? i imagine from the position probably close to if not more then 40? first time control reached? in my opinion the draw in game two of the Zappa-Ehlvest was more troubling then this last game yes the position was even, but a draw in just 25 moves with over 40 minutes each to reach the time control is just to early for a computer -human match the chances of the human making a significant mistake are simply to probable to allow him to end the game so early i am thinking the perhaps Ehlvest was pounding the table after each move pressuring Cozzie to accept his draw offers :)) for some reason i just cant see the Shredder team or the IBM team allowing Kasparov to get "off the hook" so early in their matches in the last game(4) the first time control was for the most part reached and 39 moves were played and so i can see the draw more readily Steve
