I think this is a speculative sacrifice - good against humans since they are
likely not to find the best defense. But this sacrifice doesn't win the game if
black defends well. For example after 14.Bxh6 gxh6 15.Qxh6 N6h7! 16.Re5 f5! the
position is still very dynamic, but black has already a small advantage:
