From the vacation bring along no, it is not a new engine ! But however something of me. some time ago I have to furnish begun with it, a Gauntlet with longer reflection time. To the comparison Gauntlet (Blitz) Gauntlet (Standard) TOP 50 TOP 20 time = 5'+5" time = 10' +10" Hash= 128 MB Has= 128 MB games = 2 x50 = 100 games = 10 x 20 = 200 book for all : computer.ctg (revised) book for all : computer.ctg (revised) The first TOP20 are certain in the meantime. All following programs play the TOP20 according to the principle of the displacement, so that always the up-to-date strongest 20 programs begin as opponents, as with TOP50 the strongest in each case 50 programs as opponents apply. For time reasons only the programs the Gauntlet (standard) will play, which are also in the Gauntlet (Blitz) in the list A are contained and have stabilized there (up to approx.. place 40). After the first cycle, which still needs some time, new versions are tested. Each individual Gauntlet (Standad) takes up about 7 to 8 days. Will not start: Shredder 8 Gambit, Hiarcs8 Bareev, Gambit Tiger 2.0 ,Deep Fritz7 from Gauntlet Liste A (secondary versions) The first TOP20-Liste follows immediately Otherwise: Machine No. 4 rigged - now: AMD Athlon 2167 MHz (XP 3000+ Barton) 1024 MB RAM (DDR-RAM Infineon 1GB 333MHz) Cycle VI-2005 started with D-book.ctg (ECO D 00 - D 99) . Some new Gauntlet Liste A and B follows immediately. Test tournament Dbook.ctg finished. .... and now it continues. Update homepage here: http://kh.soentges.de/
