I'm not responding here because I have the answer to this, but since I'm writing
anyway, I'll make an intelligent guess in favour of the centrino 2.13 Ghz, at
the momment, unless, possibly, you are talking about 64-bit programs, in which
case, the Turion (for the 64-bit program).

I was just interested in general how much these machines cost, from where you
are thinking of buying it.

I recently satisfied myself with my centrino 1.86 Ghz, beyond which speed, I was
told that the prices shoot up improportionately.

btw, I don't "feel" the great power of my new note book computer, when surfing
the internet with my wireless modem, connected with another computer/internet
connection adsl, in this house, even though I also got the hard disk with the
7200 rpm. I also have not yet (for lack of time or patience) put on the latest
chess programs. But Arasan 8.4 which I find easy to download, I put on, and it
is considerably quicker than on the 2.60 Ghz, big computer with intel, which it
was on. Well, that is already well known. But I'm now saying from experience. It
seems _alot_ quicker. It gets to 12-ply very quickly, with a full board.
